Assessment - Assessment plays a foundational role in a special education. This includes formal, standardized assessments that are used in identifying students for special education services, developing students IEP’s and informing ongoing services.
After the proper diagnostic evaluation of the child’s proficiency, remedial progam are designed to close the gap between what students know and what they are expected to learn. they are tend to focus on :
Skill based Remediation - reading, writing. Grammar, spellings, comprehension, perception skills and math skills.
Curriculum Based remediation- to enable the child to cope -up with the age level or grade level curriculum expectation.
IEP - An IEP provides a roadmap for the most effective learning environment for each child. It’s a written document to plan the goals for the child for a given duration and mostly the goals are planned for a month. Every month the plan would be reviewed and further planning would be done for upcoming month.

"Vandana mam is good at handling kids. She provides English and Hindi tuition for my kids. My kid's listening and reading improved a lot after a couple of months. Handling remote classes for kids is a difficult one, but she manages it well, she is open for feedback always and we have complete trust in her. "

My son has LD. He has motor difficulty and visio-motor perceptual difficulty and much more. I came in contact of Ms. Vandana Gupta Mam. She had patience to guide my son through out. She not only supported my son in- class but also supported my son offline. My son has wonderfully responded to her teaching and I have seen good improvement in his writing and reading skills.

Vandana Mam, you are the person who knows him very well after her mother. You are the one who is gifted by God as a teacher in the school to take care of him in studies as well as in his special needs. I have no words to say thank you to you. You are an excellent mentor for the special needs children
